This place is a gem. The food is outstanding and the service is good. The appetizer bread is the best I've ever had on any restaurant. The sauces that accompany the meals are excellent. Highly recommend.

We will never forgot our experience at Amarone. After being married the weekend prior, we decided to visit Amarone for our last meal before take-off to the West Coast. Recommended by my parents, Amarone did not disappoint. From the cuisine to the service to the atmosphere, everything was beyond five stars. We started with the scallops and eggplant rollatini appetizer, followed by the lobster pappardelle and shrimp fra diavolo, finished with the most decadent carrot cake and espresso. Al was an amazing server from start to finish. We were well taken care of and definitely recommend Amarone for dates, milestones, dinner, and more!

Moving review from accidental duplicate Yelp Account. I was here on 5/22/22 Had a great meal with the family last night. The place is quaint, just off the green in Guilford with great service and tasty food. We started with two special apps, figs with prosciutto and goat cheese stuffed zucchini flowers, Both we excellent. Prepared well with attention to detail. My wife has a garlic sensitivity which makes eating at an Italian restaurant a challenge. The server and kitchen were vary accommodating and made a fresh tomato sauce for her linguine with shrimp and scallops. She enjoyed it. I had the salmon with broccoli rabe which was delicious with delicious light lemon sauce that was very refreshing. The kids had two version of the pappardelle pasta, which they both enjoyed. Sorry for lack of photos.
